Diagnostic Evaluation
Accuracy, Not Assumptions A precise diagnosis is the foundation of recovery. I take the time to distinguish subtle nuances—like Bipolar II versus Unipolar Depression—that others might miss. We build your treatment plan based on rigorous medical accuracy and your unique history.

Precision Pharmacology Drawing on my Mayo Clinic training and background in Integrative Biology, I treat your entire system, not just symptoms. I manage complex conditions like Bipolar and ADHD to ensure you feel like your true self, not a sedated version of it

Deep Healing & Insight Healing requires understanding, not just symptom suppression. As a certified Psychoanalyst, I offer deep therapy to explore the unconscious patterns shaping your life. Together, we move beyond temporary fixes toward lasting structural change

Beyond Failed Medications As Former TMS Program Director, I evaluate candidacy for advanced therapies when antidepressants fail: TMS, Spravato, and Vagus Nerve Stimulation. Expert assessment determines which treatment offers your best path to meaningful improvement.

The Person Behind the Practice
Raised in a military family, I learned early that true service requires both discipline and heart. Today, I blend that grounded nature with Mayo Clinic rigor. Whether I'm raising my daughter, riding my horse, or sitting with you, I value authentic, human connection above all else.
My Commitment to You
I know the frustration of leaving a doctor's office feeling like a 'number' rather than a person—of being rushed, dismissed, or told you are 'out of options.' My practice is the antidote to that experience. If you have felt judged for your struggles or hopeless because standard treatments failed, I do not give up on complex cases. We will face this together, with patience and respect.
Insurance Plans Accepted
We accept most major insurance plans to make quality psychiatric care accessible
Clinical Leadership at the University of Washington
My commitment to psychiatry extends beyond the clinic and into the classroom. During my tenure as Chief Resident at the University of Washington, I saw a need to deepen the training future doctors receive in 'talk therapy.' I founded the UW Psychiatry Residency Psychotherapy Career Track, a curriculum designed to ensure new psychiatrists understand the human mind as deeply as they understand brain chemistry.
Today, as a Clinical Faculty member, I continue to bridge the gap between academic rigor and private practice. When you work with me, you are working with a physician who not only practices medicine but is a leader in the field.
